since 2015 when i bought in at $1.12 i have bought and sold as the cycle ups and downs. The one saving grace now is the land values, they will overall go up even when revenue from leasing etc drops. Capital spend will improve land values for the longer term.
Commodity prices are the bain of all farmers but it's a long term hold for me. And i am a farmer ( cropping).
