I think that we should also be wondering what the relationship with Lilac has been throughout their partnership!!
Doing a DFS and setting timelines is always extremely difficult for one company to do. When you have a partner with a very strong involvement, they are providing the vital process and would have a very high input, has that had any effect on these delays??
Also China's obvious attempts to stuff up the whole industry with their messing around with the LI prices?
Maybe giving time for China's, infamous, market manipulations to wash through, as they inevitably do?
I reckon that we are also under estimating the strong, IMO, possibility, probability, that with that (unexpected) large time blow out, this could be a classic promise low and deliver high strategy on the cagey, street wise, DD's behalf??
