hes saying that if lake could sell for 45k per ton then it increases, but you dont sign contracts for spot price, they arent selling 25ktpa until 2030 when there will be a ton more supply available and spot price as we've seen recently is not at all representative of contract pricing which has been higher in these low supply times but is full expected to remain around 20 - 30k per ton for the foreseeable
