the biggest plus is lilac process is proven and they can get on with everything else.
credit where it’s due and some of the qualms of the neysayers have been correct and the market is responding as such. If timelines are blown out and holders expectations are not met this is what happens.
phased approach seems right. If DFS isn’t delivered in dec then that’s a huge problem.
