It stems from issues he had with a poster on SXY who sold his SXY shares and moved his money onto COE. The poster constantly posted that he did not like how SXY was being run and the constant supposed delays in finance drilling and flow rates to name a few things he thought were wrong, upset a lot of people on the way so this guy is trying to do the same now on COE.
Simply put him on ignore
