    Hopefully the way it plays out, is they get all of their debt funding announced, share price jumps up with excitement, they then have to do some form of CR or JV off a higher base for the remainder of funds needed, but given this is the last piece of the puzzle before construction, the share price holds up firmly, or jumps up further from there.

    I suspect the current share price already has a lot of the future CR / JV built into it already so pushing closer to the finish line should only be positive for the stock price.
