Sorry to inform you but:.
1) IXR does not have ESG accreditation, how could they when they do not yet have an ASIC approved Feasibility study ?
2) 600ppm TREO is most definitely not High Grade
3) Not heavily diluted ? You have nearly FOUR BILLION shares on issue and still only have around 50% of the Project, !
4) A billion tonnes ? show me a JORC compliant Ore Resource statement !
5) Not surface, most ore grade material starts at 4metres deep ~ this overburden still has a cost to strip and stockpile it, my estimate US$1-2/m
6) You, actually Seren tec obtained a grant to develop the refining, IXR have received diddly squat to develop Magnet recycling !
But go ahead do go ahead with your bogus claims, it seems to be having its effect, the cheaper they are the less I will have to pay if the FS passes muster
