There is another factor to consider with medications that are taken in the long term.I have no idea if this is the case with Trofinetide and maybe the company doesn’t know yet either but drug ‘tolerance’ can occur where the effect of a specific dose diminishes with time requiring an increase dose to maintain the same affect.
