9x $30m EBITDA max for this biz - EV $270m. Debt $170m = $100m Equity vs $264m current MC. What gives?.
Will they find $20-30m extra EBITDA next year to support current MC? Don't think so.
RIC has been a takeover target a few times - that's all thats holding the price up IMO. Usually GrainCorp looking but it's got it's own issues right now without taking a crack at RIC..
