I was hoping for an even bigger impact to eps due to the dilution, but they used the weighted average 317mil shares rather than shares outstanding of 350mil. So another 10%dilution was possible. Considering the dps is on all 350 mil shares the payout ratio is >100. Oh well. I too was able buy in today in the low 10’s.
