It seems terribly audacious to 'suggest' an objective of being a 100 bagger (otherwise why put the slide in the presentation?).....How many companies would do that? But personally I don't mind it in KPG's case, it illuminates the attention given by Brett Kelly to the share price and his strong business philosophy around capital management and value creation for the shareholders. And given the size of the market available to KPG, it is not implausible.
If they floated at $1, then a 100 bagger would be a $100 share price.
A $100 share price that would be a market cap of 45 miilion x $100 = ........ $4.5 Billion? lol, seems somewhat ....huge.
At a PE of 40, that would require an NPAT of $112.5million.
Certainly dreaming big.
I have no problem with that.
Work out what your share holding would be worth with a $100 share price and it brings a wry smile.
I will be hanging around to find out if it happens. Which I guess is the objective of the slide.
