Same here and believe it or not, likewise for the GFC circ 2008.
I have heard (read) similar GFC stories here like mine where the princely sum of $9000 was left alone and eventually returned to $30 000.

Not enough to leave the country, but still.....

If that's NOT a typo and you did participate, then here, rub a little salt in the spot you missed - ouch!

This is going to bring me to tears - oh well, I've told it before, so another time will not be earth shattering...
About four years ago, I passed up a very early two cent CR which would have netted me 200 000 shares, because it was early days and I was unsure.

Gets calculator out: 200k x $1.57 (at the time of posting), equals = $314 000 which would have cost me $4000 at the time.
I think I'm gonna be ill.

Turn away if you don't want to see a grown man cry. lol
