MI6 in its strong cash position would be going for any land they can get. The tenements go into a ballot system and they would have put in for all of them I'm sure. The department of mining and infrastructure is super slow on awarding these as is the wardens court. Waiting for up to a year for an application to go through isn't unheard of. Your correlation between the two is circumstantial at best.
I hope ODE have something for the sake of holders here . Hopefully everyone can get a good ROI
