    so US$25M payment, they will probably pay part of it as dividend. I think we can probably get ~15c per shares.
    that's about 4.5%, tax free, so gross is ~6.5%

    sounds good to me.

    I guess disappointment is the growth rate is a bit slower than we anticipated, but hei, it is growing, and constant income stream.
