I have been watching for a while - and was happy to enter on this good news. My thinking is (hopefully truth! - where not truth, let me know, please)
1) they are at a base going to double production/sales over the next year from 2 mill to 4 mill units
2) they are close enough to break even on sales / cost of sales currently, that they could move into profit for FY21
3) my 'guess' in a quick look at the accounts is they can be a $5 mill profit for FY21 on doubling+ sales (that is 3% on a $150 mill market cap)
4) the Korean company AccessBio jumped yesterday on the Korean market (was WAY up on announcement, then settled for 6% up, so THAT market likes the announcement and potential)
5) I cannot believe a doubling of sales was already 'priced in' at 37 cents, so I am surprised the ASX did not bump more yesterday (settling at 39.5 cents!) - and at 40 cents as I type!
6) I think the presentation today will get Atomo more in the spotlight
7) I like the MULTIPLE partners and diagnostics and IP and geographies in place puts a floor
8) If points 2 and 3 is correct (they are moving into profit) it is great to be able to find a profitable GROWTH company
9) The company considers it will grow as they have put in place upping production from 3 mill now to 6 mill (from Aug 2020) to 12 mill (Jan 2021); so management seem to be well in tune that they will grow and have planned for it
10) The ASX share did not trade up prior to the announcement - so no leaks, so that puts a feather in management's cap
We will see! Mr Market (sitting at 40 cents now) does not see these points. Accounting wise - I am banking on this quarterly data. I read somewhere here the company is lean and mean re the other 'non' production costs. That points to a good future.
