Penthrox is not an alternative to addictive opoids. You are very wrong comparing acute presentations to long term chronic pain.
Penthrox has no use in chronic pain. Yes the current long term addictive pain killers need alternatives like norspan and cannibis flower, oil which has taken the market by storm.
Penthrox is a very small market for acute surgeries and accidents that's it.
A stat dose of morphine compared to penthrox is the problem both will get you to icu but 1 is 100x more expensive.
I like intelligent investor but as a user of penthox the applications are seriously limited to acute care.
