I watched my investment in ALC dive by 50%, from 6 cents to 4 cents, in 2016. The rest is history and now trades at nearly 10x those lows. I see a similar story unfolding with DOC with their gross margins, business model and clever acquisitions over the coming 1-5 years. Customer retention is the key measure imo. It looks like they're doing a great job despite what the share price suggests. It's going to be a long winter but in early 2022 things should reflect the true value and fundamentals. The tight register might make the upswing quite dramatic.
