So is that right, the institutional and retail placement combined is full funded or guaranteed? Even if retail sign up for zero and buy under 1.30 will the full 66mio still be fully funded?
I was going to over subscribe, but as mentioned why not buy if the price moves lower than 1,30?
I just wanted to double check.
