I was thinking when PAR and BP had the conversations and the risks involved of the credit raise from BP's side, do you think BP said to PAR if this goes and stays under $1.30 which wont make it attractive to retail is there any announcement, surprise or great news that you can drop early before it closes on the 7th of September which would then increase the share price and make $1.30 look cheap to get retail investors on board. Just a thought I assume they would have planned for this and what strategies they could use to get retail on board or they really don't care and they just take up the remaining shares.
