That is assuming positive results. If Fragile-x results are underwhelming then more back-up cash would be required to continue with the the consequentially subdued expectations in the other indications. (If Fragile-x is successful, as it hopefully will be, then the sky is the limit and money will be thrown in from all directions.)
If this can rise to say 30c plus pre Fragile-x results then some form of credit raise would be essential insurance IMO, as Fragile-x failure would not present a pretty picture SP wise regardless of Rett's outcome. [Look at PBT, they had an adequate chance to raise a disaster mitigating kitty at $1 plus, with a positive Phase 2 HD result in hand, but instead elected to reach for the sky and rely on a positive Phase II AD result. Did not happen and they had to raise at around 30c in order to provide for a possible Phase 3 in HD.]
