What A Gas: TOTALLY agree with your post, i.e.: ".... then some form of credit raise would be essential insurance"! This would be the PRUDENT thing to do - as outcomes are NEVER EVER guaranteed.
I wish PBT would have done that at $1 plus and hence PBT's sp would be higher now than it is... And PBT also did look like "a sure thing"...
Regardless, let's all be positive and hope that NEU will have a stellar year ahead.
