Having de-risked the play, 88E is now a much more attractive and somewhat less speculative investment than it was pre-Icewine #1 - which is I think the point that the presentation makes.
CR is probably not going to be aimed at private investors either. If 88E bring on a cornerstone investor (or two) they (new investor) would be able to acquire more shares at a reasonable price than they could ever hope to acquire "on market". (Try buying $5M on market and see where the SP ends up!)
As I understand it, the presentation in London is to professional investors - I would not be at all surprised to see an investment come out of this conference - certainly will raise interest and start some discussions.
