Most definitely the share structure is holding the company back. If gear only held 45% or so and was much more free float it maybe priced and looked at differently. If gear dilute down 15 or 20% less its a great thing. And as mentioned before if they are not going to pay any kind of dividend it is far less attractive.
Your right how all the different dollars terms are written could be clearer.( It should all be in Australian dollars as the projects in Australia ) royalties are often in usd for most commodities
