Whilst the acq doesn't appear aggressively priced, the core business is still not generating FcF, this appears to be a convenient growth acquisition by still not addressing the collapse in share price / dilution through inc. share issuance.
Can't say I'll be surprised if these guys are still spinning a similar narrative in 6 months time.
