    re: Ann: Investor Presentation - Acquisition ... This is looking good. EPS accretive immediately, plus $5 million in synergies within two years. EBITDA could hit $100 million in a year or so.

    And the post-acquisition gearing looks reasonable.

    Does anyone know how much duplication there is with Netspace's DSLAMs?
