Seems they have paid a similar price to that which they considered too expensive when they bid for Catherines. Obviously I have no idea about inventory levels and the Catherines bid took some time which would have reduced customer stickiness. This deal is going straight through. London on lockdown and no other bidders in the room I'm guessing. It seems like a good deal for them and they have $76m (32 cps) of cash after working capital adjustments.
