Based off the presentation which states $1.7m AUD to be raised by the second placement this means the CEO is kicking in his own money to buy at the placement price. This is obviously a huge sign of confidence in the company. None of my other holdings have CEOs buying $1.7m worth of stock! He either expects good growth to continue or sees the company being acquired at some stage.
