• long lead items already ordered for the plant (shows great confidence from the board)
• 100% organic fertiliser blend on the cards to prevent having to import any ingredients for the blend.
• fantastic ESG credentials.
• very strong backing and potential financial support from the IFDC.
• very strong backing and a will from the government to help get this project up and running for the good of their country.
• Zero carbon ammonia plans now on the drawing board.
• granulation plant location secured.
• very low capex required to get us into production, circa $US29mil.
• rapidly escalating MAP prices which seem to be improving the NPV of Minbos weekly.
• huge addressable market waiting.

There will be a few that I've missed not doubt, so hopefully others will chip in and add to the list.
Needless to say I believe this stock is and absolute no brainer and is going to explode once it hits the radar of the broader market and keeps ticking the boxes on the way to the DFS, due in less than 6 months..
