Initially they were only UK listed, now they are dual listed asx + AIM, the brokers that cover them are all from the UK, they show a head office in Aust, the RNS announcements released in the UK are the same as what's released on the asx. By that, take for example the Presentation - all the monetary units are shown as AUD or USD no mention of GBP yet the majority of turnover is on the UK exchange.
There were only just shy of 23m shares issued when admitted to the asx.
The asx info shows 612m shares are quoted on the asx. ~ 80% of shares are held by the top 20, I presume registered through AIM?
I'm wondering how it works, the number of shares available to trade on each exchange? Our partner Piedmont are dual listed, primarily in the US and issue CDIs to trade on the asx, ALL/A11 don't seem to have a similar scheme.
