    The FCI will be signed - it's as close to 100% as you can get outside of black swan . If timing is an issue coz you're in BKT for the trade on that news then yes there are some slightly different considerations. If you're in for 'the BKT story' then it's completely irrelevant as cash is currently not a concern for the foreseeable future
