First and most interesting is that the host has announced when introducing BKT that the CEO - John Dv and Chairman - Richard Crookes are both in Tanzania at the moment. Knowing the Aus Gov and Perth's hardline stance on coming back into the country, we know it's for a significant reason for both senior people in the business to need to be in country at the moment!

EV's only account for ~33% of BKT's business. Basket pricing sees a range of products that BKT can deliver with pricing $1,200 - $1,500+ range, all linked to benchmark pricing to be referenced for contracts. Pure upstream operating model, BKT doesn't need to go down the rabbit hole of 'value adding' to the product in order to be profitable.

Customers are participating in capex financing off the back of offtakes thanks to the process of operating the pilot plant and product validation. Western customers are awaiting final bulk product samples in order to sign off on offtakes.

Simple process thanks to the modular design that is highly scalable and efficient from a capital intensity and operating perspective.

Genuine green credentials for the project from a setup and operating perspective. Rail line + power line going right past the front door of the project. Lowest cost producer for any blue water graphite mine globally.

JDV stated that they are in Tanz to resolve and finalize the FCI (and possible debt funding from TIB) process. They are in meetings with Gov officials at present and will stay in country until this is completed!

Fair to assume that this will occur in the SHORT TERM.

The company is also speaking with other African investment banks that understand funding mining operations that could also play a role.

Cashflows from module 1 will fund module 2,3,4+

I've also heard that a copy of the presentation will be made available by the company (hopefully tomorrow for those that missed it).

I was also at the presentation and agree with all 13th has said, I listened to several other presentations by other companies and must say John comes across extremely well.

One thing I would like to add was he said, quote: "we not going to get the FCI sitting in Perth and that's why we here in Tanzania" end quote.

Also on the green credentials he said no diesel power to run the plant as power will be supplied by hydroelectric power plant. All great news for the EV market.
