Directors paid in shares can be a double edged sword. It definitely shows long term commitment and belief in the prospect. It can also, but alarmist l know, result in capping share price for as long as possible to accumulate before any re-rate. There’s some dedicated company posters here, any thoughts? As for cap raise, based on what I have seen so far management seem quite vocal about shareholder value and quality of prospect so l would suspect an inst. placement will be the real priority-come first?
