Its looking like they will now absolutely need that strategic investor, because the currently low SP would mean too much dilution. Even if they tried to raise a fraction of what's required at these prices, it would be horrible. I really expected the SP to jump a little on this announcement, the news is solid. But management need to re-kindle interest too, that's their job.
