You could read it like that for sure. No one knows at the moment as its now just a HOA, so only limited info could be in the announcement. I'm sure when the DD is completed more info will be released. AGY director JZ is in Argentina next week presumably to work on the DD.
In the presentation it says a "Proven production process developed by Pablo Alurralde" so it seems he has done some sort of work on the project. It also says "Company established by Argentinian lithium expert Pablo Alurralde". I wonder if this is the company Acoterra Lithium who a very knowledgeable poster mentioned recently? (probably the most knowledgeable HC poster on brines and the Salta/Jujuy area) I can't seem to find anything on Acoterra and I'm sure its not connected to Sorentino.
If its Alurralde's company and they have started exploration or even finished it and they already have a proven production process then this deal will be a winner.
But I am only guessing as little info can be found. Im sure we will know more in a few weeks.
