as I’m sure you heard, they mentioned acquisitions at 7-9x, which doesn’t sound that cheap. Historically is this about right or do you think their acquisitions have got more expensive?
Any fundamental differences between aub and sdf other than the focus on internal vs external tech platforms? Would seem like a great market neutral hedge (short sdf long aub at current multiples) for some of those long short funds.
