I live in a city which exists on travellers. International plus interstate travellers. There is no other industry, other than offshore commercial fishing (heavily regulated, due the Great Barrier Reef).
As I walk around the streets and main shopping centre of Cairns, it is obvious when the tourists are not around.
Things traditionally will pick up at Easter (end of March this year). So for World Phone downloads, they will almost certainly pick up again from early March onwards, as people around the world, start planning their Spring/Summer holidays.
