Part of the writers strikes in the US are based on writers not getting their $stake on productions in the era of streaming. I recall yeeears ago Linius's LVS tech was promoted as having the ability to be used to track each time a production was viewed enabling every role of production to be able to receive theyre $points or revenue percentages, benefiting independant filmmakers. LNU dont discuss this avenue anymore but it does make me wonder 'if this was true' whether Brennann could put fwd LVS as a path to resolving the writers/actors strike. That leads to question about the tech potential...if you recall many yrs ago lnu provided a very short announcement stating lnu has now been proven to stream fine at HD. It was a suspiciously short announcement.. HD is pretty ordinary resolution even for yrs ago when that was.announced, has it since been proven to achieve above HD? But alas, jumping on opportunities has historically not been an LNU trait, eg. refer to yrs of unifollowers hopeful posts.
