Completely agree, people just don't do risk analysis these days. It's very likely that this company will not amount to anything, if people don't agree with that they either have insider knowledge or just have their blinders on.

One big red flag for me is people quoting the IOT market as where their demand is coming from, which is just absurd. Noone is able to get specific on where revenues might come from, who would actually be interested in this product...

Also need to recognize they are competing against global\open standards that can be agreed and adopted in a matter of weeks.
