    Still can;t get my head around how we only get 15% of NA subs revenues, it is our product which we are also responsible for supplying at virtually no cost.

    The JV is also very complicated, would have preferred BCC owns it all and pays a % out to someone the RoadSpot. Guess it is all they could come up with and the best they could have done at the time.
