I disagree. History shows small caps and new ground take a long time - years - to get off the ground.
Funding is not sought simply because rates are low. The company must be ready.
The presentation showed Orr is in a strong position - no doubt why Goyder has been increasing his holding, including with ongoing purchases this month at about .37. No doubt he is in for a big return - many times - not a few percent.
