It is not so much about finding a marketing/editing company to do the work. What this presentation says to me is that there is currently no one in the company has any idea about strategy, commercial issues or marketing and/or access to people in the corporate community. Looks like a company run by geologists.

My problem is now is that they realise they need help and will hire a mate or get the wrong advice on how to get the BD message across - with some shitty company who needs the $.

MOUs are so 2008 and I can just imagine the company marketing to people in Asia trying to sign MOUs etc by June 2014. Partial waste of time imo.

KIBARAN has highly credible people like Robert Greenslade on board for financial advice - a proper banker. I'm not sure UNX has the same oversight at a strategic level.
