However, it may be for multiple broker promotion purposes so as to rev up some real interest and therefore buying from new parties.
It's a wonderful document.
RNI has been quietly active in setting things up for a drilling offensive which (on page 3) says 'commences this week' - at Cuba. I suppose that means this week and not last week. I can't see a date on the Preso document but seeing that it released for publication today it means 'this week'.
So, it's ready to press the button and it wants everyone to know.
But you could be right as the cash kitty will be close to being empty by 30/6. That's not new news though!
