#Sagaro, I sent Mick Clifford (Managing Director) an email the other day asking if he was able to give any time frames on when the demerger will be put to the shareholders.
His office replied as follows:
Thank you for your enquiry, which I passed on to Mick. He has asked me to let you know that we are unable to put any timeframes around the demerger just yet until we sort out some of the administration and tax implications. Additionally, a new Board and management team will have to be sources. It is hoped that the process will be completed by the end of September 2022.
At this point in time all Zenith shareholders require strong hands and don't sell any of your shares to anyone (at least till the end of the year) because everyone will be after them and willing to pay a premium for them.
