from memory "both" options have been on the roadmap at various times, i.e. 10,000 was going to be an upgrade to the 1,000 however most recently the 10,000 is going to be at a separate, still to be identified site. So in answer yes, assumption is that the 1,000 would be running in parallel, hopefully bringing in revenue to cover its own costs and build confidence in the process and buy-in from the market. Anyone else? am I close to the mark here?
