According to info on their website - http://www.newcenturyresources.com/century-mine-project/geology-resources/ - they are looking to achieve >60% recovery from the tailings so if, according to the September monthly update they'd managed to increase recoveries to almost 60% of nameplate (and this included periods of downtime which reduced efficiency) then at that time recoveries would have been around 35% (and increasing rapidly)
Looks like they're well on track, will be interesting to see the figures in the October update.
