This is news based on spot prices. Where suppliers take advantage time to time. The real economics would be based around longer term supply contracts, especially those for premium custom morphology graphite. Also the plants do make Hydrogen, of which the production means emmits lower levels of greenhouse gases than SMR. So HZR has an advantage there also.
This news is part of a currency devaluation and spot prices. No need for us to worry in my view but if SP drops take advantage.
