the coal probably is probably also worthless if the grade is as low as it is and the deposit is 4.95m of coal from a depth of 66.3m. such low grade coal needs to be at or very near to surface to be economical
there are so many undeveloped mineral sands projects. I do not know much about mineral sands but the deposit would have to be exceptional to be developed. the quality of the deposit is not only based on HM grade but composition. companies such as GUN and IMA have gone nowhere.
