Totally, by 2020 OSL should have kicked a few major goals, especially in the US, and as previously pointed out by some posters, although CE has not yet been granted, it has NOT been rejected.
Having been a few months since more information and data was provided, and still no news, can be a good sign.
Is somewhat frustrating, waiting for the near term to come, but we all know it's a long term play..
