Your post has some merit, but the above assertion is a perplexing call. If, as you say the CE approval was waiting for a well planned Clinical Study, then how come the senior management at OSL did not know this a year ago, when they told SH in the very near future and set the expectation of last October / November?
Are senior management really that incompetent, or are they prone to gross over setting of expectations? It could be argued that if the poster you refer to clearly has no knowledge of the CE requirements, then same could apply to OSL?
I'm sure you can see the paradox in the statement.
