The market has a very short term view on investments at the moment.
I believe it will trend towards and into the 6's and once they announce the partner it will be a catalyst for a rerate.
Worth noting that by them saying that they will sign a partner in the next 3 months, they would have had some pretty advanced discussions already, thus be pretty damn confident.
